About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead data integration initiatives in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. This role sits at the intersection of program management, operations, and technical execution, where you will coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering, and Customer teams. You will oversee multiple concurrent programs, define processes to reduce friction, and ensure seamless execution of client data integrations. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and an ability to adapt project management frameworks to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in shaping scalable processes that directly impact business efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program, project, or operations management, including at least 3 years supporting engineering or data-heavy teams.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience as a power user or administrator in Jira or similar work management tools (dashboards, workflows, reporting).
• General understanding of data engineering concepts, including tables, joins, and data lake structures.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation programs spanning multiple teams and clients, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and clear accountability.
• Manage multiple concurrent, interdependent programs with competing priorities, balancing speed, quality, and team capacity.
• Build bridges between Data Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Software Engineering by establishing clear ownership models, handoffs, and decision-making frameworks.
• Lead program management processes for data engineering integrations to reduce coordination overhead and drive execution efficiency.
• Adapt Agile and project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to support fast-paced client integration projects.
• Coordinate data governance and ensure alignment of data specifications with product and technical requirements.
