The Project Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project management system within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing project management policies and procedures, managing a team of project management professionals, and ensuring that projects meet or exceed company objectives. The Project Management Manager conducts regular audits, reviews project performance data, and collaborates with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 5 years experience, with at least 2 years experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and SEM campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strategic thinker with a test and learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvements
Ability to allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals
Experience in leading improvement projects from initiation to completion
