As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As part of the Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program for data centers and technical infrastructure. This role is responsible for strategic development, implementation, and execution of the Global EHS contractor management program. In this role, you will work with stakeholders, including creating, implementing standardized processes, developing a contractor management tool, and collaborating across Cloud (e.g., procurement, EHS, operations, construction, legal). You will focus on establishing a scalable end-to-end framework, including pre-qualification, contractor selection, on-boarding, performance monitoring, accurate documentation, and end-of-agreement review. You will collaborate to manage vendors and ensure the process meets business requirements.
