Turner & Townsend is looking for a Program Manager to join our team. This individual will work to support program management services for our Data Center Construction clients.
Assist the client team in ensuring the program is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.
Assist with establishing effective program governance, processes and systems.
Ensure that key information and data is effectively shared and appropriately retained.
Build & maintain strong relationships with the client and team members.
Interface with multiple stakeholders, including executive management, program team members, general contractors, consultants and vendors.
Assist with the flow of program information between team members / stakeholders.
Attend relevant meetings, update and maintain issues/actions logs as current.
Development of detailed program plans, attendance at status meetings and follow-up with team members on completion status, close-out of open items.
Contribute to monthly reporting on various aspects of the Client's program.
Preparation of various reports for multiple audiences, including formal program management reports, executive dashboards and other reporting requirements.
Assist with the preparation of proposals for new programs or variations to existing programs.
Identify and develop program goals for the client including goal mapping and expected outcomes.
Drive consistency across program objectives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap.
Incorporate approved standards and track proposed changes with detail.
Integrate historic scheduling and cost data to utilize for Capex planning.
Identify dependencies and risks to program initiatives.
Drive resolution and risk mitigation efforts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client across disciplinary team and stakeholder groups including design, procurement, commissioning and construction teams.
Track and escalate program-level issues to prevent downstream delays.
Chair meetings, manage meeting agenda creation and distribution, and issuance of meeting minutes.
Track actions across the group and internal due dates.
Template creation utilizing technical subject matter details including layouts and design specifications.
Decipher 'must-have' from 'nice-to-have' program initiatives.
Management of the client buy-out strategy.
Establish KPIs and track performance.
Provide executive-level reporting on program efforts.
Standardize build approaches across sites to improve schedule predictability and quality.
Implement lessons learned from prior builds to optimize future program delivery.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or field related to construction.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
A thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices.
A thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management.
Have the technical skills to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements including construction drawings and specifications and interpret construction methods.
Be able to understand and follow site HSSE Policies.
Technology competent in using MS and/or MacOS suite of software products.
Competent user of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, and quality assurance.
Collaboration and relationship building skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience using SAP, Tableau, Procore, CxAlloy, Wrike, BOX, and Quip.
The salary range for this full-time role is $100K-$125K per year.
