About The Position

The Cybersecurity Program Manager / Cybersecurity Readiness Team Manager serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for integrating cybersecurity operations, infrastructure support, and program execution in support of mission-critical Navy requirements. This role provides unified leadership across technical, administrative, and operational functions, ensuring cybersecurity readiness, compliance, and service delivery objectives are met while maintaining close coordination with Government stakeholders and supported organizations. The Program Manager will serve as the program manager/site lead for a 20-person cybersecurity and infrastructure support team as well as the primary Team Lead for the cybersecurity technician team on the program. The Program Manager is required to provide effective and efficient management of resources, schedule and performance, and customer relationship management accomplishing the administrative, managerial, and technical aspects of this contract. Serve as the Government’s point of contact to direct, plan and coordinate technical, administrative, financial and contract issues as well as provide direct management guidance to ensure that goals and objectives of the project, as well as problem resolution, are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

Requirements

  • Clearance Requirements: Secret
  • Possess 10 – 15 years general information technology and cyber security experience including, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Electronic- Security Technical Implementation Guide (e-STIG), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Global Broadcast System (GBS), Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM), Risk Management Framework (RMF) expertise and Office of Compliance and Assessment grading criteria.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience in project management leading teams of 15 or more.
  • This role is dependent on contract funding.

Responsibilities
