MAJOR FUNCTION: Drive enterprise-wide culture and engagement initiatives that advance Inspira Health’s employee-first culture, including annual listening strategy, engagement, safety, and external recognition surveys. Serves as program manager, coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking progress against strategic goals to deliver measurable improvements. Partners with Patient Experience and HR teams analyze data, inform enterprise-wide action planning, and embed core values into employee programs and communications. Requires advanced project management, data analytics, and strong influence across the organization.
