About The Position

The position involves managing projects and programs related to external contract manufacturing of PCBAs. The role requires coordination with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align project requirements, tracking project schedules, deliverables, and risks, and escalating issues as necessary. The individual will monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual and quality requirements, support problem resolution, and implement corrective actions when needed. Routine status reporting to management and stakeholders is also a key responsibility, along with maintaining documentation related to program milestones, supplier performance, and project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years in program or project management within electronics or PCBA manufacturing.
  • Proven experience managing contract manufacturing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of lean methodologies or other process improvement frameworks is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and supplier management.
  • Experience in Project/Program Management.
