About The Position
The Strategic Sourcing and Procurement teams drive immense value to ADT's business. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing strategic programs and sourcing efforts across ADT's Contingent Labor and Travel spend categories. The Program Manager will help drive visibility, compliance, and value through sourcing, program governance, and supplier performance across these key categories. As a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, you are responsible for creating and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers. You will develop a deep understanding of business requirements and leverage that insight to build, manage, and optimize scalable sourcing and supplier strategies that support ADT's growth and operational excellence.
