About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager of Consumer Products to lead and drive products through the complete lifecycle—from initial conception to successful launch. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about delivering impactful products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End New Product Introduction Pipeline Management
  • Oversee execution across all phases—ideation, planning, development, testing, launch, and iteration—ensuring milestones are met and quality standards upheld.
  • Cross-Functional Management: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate regular syncs and working sessions with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Identify and communicate cross-team dependencies and conflicts, enabling smooth collaboration and timely decision-making.
  • Program Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed plans to guide program success.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Act as the single source of truth for program status, escalating issues and decisions when necessary.
  • Launch Readiness: Coordinate all aspects of go-to-market execution and post-launch support.
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning, ensuring readiness across marketing, sales, support, and operations.
  • Establish post-launch monitoring and feedback loops, enabling rapid iteration and issue resolution.
