The experience in healthcare can be complicated and hard to navigate, making what can already be a challenging time that much harder for a consumer. This role as Program Manager is responsible for using product and program management best practices to support business needs across varying customer experiences. The Program Manager will be an integral part of the Program Management Office as well as support the larger Consumer Product Office organization of UHC. The role involves partnering with a cross-functional team throughout the process - starting with insights and problem identification then continuing through to implementation and measurement to develop high-value, modern, intuitive, and easy to use experiences. The individual in this role will be expected to use product and agile methodologies to transform healthcare experiences at speed and scale. As an integral part of the team, you will be at the intersection of supporting all key business partners while helping drive best-in-class solutions for our customers. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
