About The Position
The Program Manager for Community Schools will work in partnership under the direction of the Site Administrator and assigned Family, Schools, and Community Partnerships Supervisor to manage and lead the development of the full service community school. This includes assessing the school community's needs and assets, coordinating all student and family support services, and developing resources and partnerships.
