The Program Manager-Community Partners provides clinical leadership and operational oversight primarily for community-based programs, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, ethical, and evidence‑based services. This role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, managing program performance, and creating meaningful relationships with community partners. The Program Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, supports staff development, and ensures services are responsive to patient needs and organizational priorities. This position combines direct clinical expertise with strong leadership, program management, and strategic planning skills to advance positive client outcomes and program effectiveness. Please note this is a SCORF grant-funded position through September 30, 2026, subject to annual renewal.
