THE ROLE We’re looking for a Program Manager, Community Learning (Flexie) to help us fulfill our mission and best serve our diverse and inclusive community of independent marketers. This is a part-time, contract position starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to evolve as the program scales. This role can work from anywhere within the United States and will report directly to Hope Sonam, Head of Community. This person will serve as the connective tissue between learners, instructors, and internal stakeholders – ensuring our AI for Freelance Marketers cohort-based certification course runs smoothly each quarter, delivers a high-quality learning experience, and that the content stays refreshed and relevant as AI continues to evolve at a rapid pace. This role is ideal for someone who loves learning ecosystems, trives at the intersection of people and operations, and is energized by helping independent talent build future-ready skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management, learning & development, EdTech, virtual learning, or upskilling initiatives
  • Comfort working with or around AI tools, emerging technology, or fast-evolving digital ecosystems
  • Strong facilitation and community engagement skills — you enjoy interacting with learners and instructors alike
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts with minimal oversight (ClickUp experience is a bonus)
  • Experience supporting remote or asynchronous learning environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with cohort-based courses, online communities, or LMS platforms is a bonus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mind-set.

Responsibilities

  • Program-managing the end-to-end delivery of the AI for Freelance Marketers course across quarterly cohorts
  • Guiding participants through the learning experience by setting expectations, sharing updates, and helping remove friction along the way
  • Supporting and coordinating with instructors to ensure sessions, content, and timelines stay aligned
  • Moderating and engaging within the community forum to foster participation, learning, and psychological safety
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for cohort-related questions, issues, and feedback
  • Helping keep course content fresh and relevant as AI tools, use cases, and best practices rapidly evolve
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to incorporate learner feedback into continuous course improvements
  • Partnering with Product to continuously improve the learning management system (LMS) and overall student learning experience
  • Collaborating with Data to track learner engagement and success metrics, and partnering with Marketing to promote course outcomes and learner wins to our community of potential learners and clients
  • Supporting operational needs such as cohort communications, scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting
