About The Position
The Community Employment Program (CEP) is a self-funded program within Student Support Services at Shoreline Community College. The Program is dedicated to serving students with disabilities and aligns with the College's mission to deliver accessible, high-quality education and workforce training that empowers all students to achieve success. CEP supports participants by providing individualized assistance tailored to their unique pathways to employment. Reporting to the Dean of Student Support & Success, the Community Employment Program (CEP) Program Manager provides leadership and administrative direction to CEP as a part of the Student Services Division.
