About The Position

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View or New York. The Program Manager will lead and execute complex, enterprise-wide programs and projects that are highly visible to executive leadership. These initiatives-spanning strategic planning, FP&A and sourcing partnerships, budget management, talent development programs, and project management support-enable the Comms + Social Impact team to deliver transformative work that impacts millions of customers and one billion LinkedIn users worldwide. As a core member of the central Comms + Social Impact team, you'll bring operational excellence, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence to tackle ambiguity and complexity.
