The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role involves creating and managing content across various mediums, coordinating collaboration among subject matter experts, and driving large-scale programs and events focused on employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Effectively craft executive level communications.
  • Create and manage content across various mediums, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Coordinate programs to foster collaboration among content SMEs.
  • Drive and manage large programs and events with high employee engagement.
  • Host and facilitate large-scale events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Enhance employee engagement through strategic and compelling communication.
  • Create process documentation and training materials for various programs.
  • Lead change management for smooth adoption of new processes and programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional writing skills, particularly for executive-level communications.
  • Proven track-record leading cross-functional teams to collaborate, influence, drive high level of performance, and negotiate successful outcomes.
  • Proven ability to set and meet deadlines, work independently, and proactively engage others when needing assistance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-centered mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to accommodate working global time zones; early morning, evening and weekend meetings are sometimes required.
  • Ability to easily travel to a US-based NetApp office as required and in alignment with NetApp's policy.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus.
  • Some experience with alternate communication mediums (video, newsletters, podcast).
  • Knowledge of the customer post-sales lifecycle; experience working in professional services, customer success, or technical support environments is preferred.
