About The Position

Join the MBD Team as a Program Manager and help deliver clearly documented, high-quality solutions using our proprietary workflow platform to drive long-term client success. This role is full-time (40 hours), Mon – Fri, 9 - 5.30pm reporting to the Strategic Operations Manager and is open to remote working in the US (EST) only. The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 dependent on experience. We are seeking a collaborative and organized Program Manager who enjoys working with clients and internal teams to deliver clearly documented, high‑quality software solutions that drive long‑term success. Requirements

  • Strong technical writing and editing expertise across multiple content types.
  • Strong client facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to align technical solutions to business needs.
  • Comfortable coordinating complex, cross-functional efforts.
  • Program and project management skills in software or technology‑enabled environments.
  • Process-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client confidence through clear communication, expectation-setting, and alignment.
  • Author, edit, and maintain a wide range of technical, marketing, and sales materials, including:
  • Client contracts, proposals/estimates and client‑facing presentations
  • User, administration, and configuration guides
  • System health checks and KPI reporting
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on system capabilities, configurations, and constraints throughout the onboarding/implementation process of the system and updates.
  • Manage interpretation of internal and client requirements to support system specifications and deployment of customized software solutions.
  • Partner with Digital Product Owner to ensure demos and trainings effectively highlight relevant features and functionality.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support client onboarding and ongoing usage.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
