About The Position

The City Compliance team plays a critical role in upholding Lime’s permit obligations across global markets. As a Program Manager, you’ll help develop the tools, processes, and insights that ensure we meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk. You will sit at the intersection of policy, data, and operations - building dashboards, driving monitoring infrastructure, and ensuring the right stakeholders are alerted to compliance issues. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about building scalable solutions that uphold our commitments to cities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in tech-enabled operations, with experience automating complex business processes at large-scale
  • A master in writing efficient SQL, with expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Scripts Python)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop automated monitoring systems and scalable reporting tools
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort working with Legal, Government Relations, Engineering, and Data Science
  • Experience building and documenting SOPs, escalation workflows, and operational playbooks
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying risk
  • High tolerance for ambiguity with a natural reflex for reducing a complex business problem into well-structured tangible components

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable operational business solutions, focused on complete end-to-end process centralization and automation
  • Partner with Data Science to integrate new datasets from various sources into a unified, coherent data model that supports analytics and reporting
  • Support the development and implementation of systems to monitor compliance with local permit requirements across cities in the NA and APAC regions
  • Help build scalable processes and tools that surface risks, track regulatory performance, and drive issue resolution
  • Contribute to cross-functional workflows that ensure regulatory commitments are consistently met, including reporting, dashboarding, and escalations
  • Partner with teams across Government Relations, Legal, Operations, and Data to ensure our compliance infrastructure supports market needs
  • Participate in identifying opportunities for operational improvements and risk mitigation related to city compliance
  • Help create internal documentation, workflows, and recurring reviews that improve visibility and accountability across teams
