About The Position

FWI is building a team to deliver recruitment advertising and marketing services — including media strategy, creative development, event support, market research, and interactive recruiting tools — in support of the Central Intelligence Agency's Talent Acquisition Office. As the Program Manager, you will serve as the single point of accountability to the Sponsor for the daily execution, performance, and delivery of the entire OMNI program across its five-year period of performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing or advertising program management, including direct experience managing subcontractors and vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex programs on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Active Secret level security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience supporting federal or Intelligence Community recruitment, advertising, or employer branding programs.
  • Experience managing IDIQ or task-order-based contracts with a total value of $10 million or greater.
  • Experience integrating creative, media, and research disciplines under a single program management structure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between FWI and the Sponsor, and lead the day-to-day management of the OMNI program.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a multi-disciplinary team of creative, media, research, event, and production professionals supporting all active task orders.
  • Plan, direct, and schedule the timely and successful completion of all task order efforts, ensuring technical, cost, and schedule performance objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with the Government management team and maintain close liaison with the Sponsor throughout the period of performance.
  • Oversee the delivery of required program reports, including monthly contract status reports and task order deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive staffing plan that supports the full scope of SOW service areas and aligns with Sponsor requirements.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor performance, including contract administration, performance measurement, and issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks, and escalate issues to corporate leadership and the Sponsor as appropriate.
