About The Position
A highly organized and strategic program manager who oversees multiple projects at the UC Center for Business Analytics (CBA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, planning, coordinating, and tracking projects while ensuring alignment with project goals. These are student-led projects with faculty advisory primarily for CBA members. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive program success. This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.
