About The Position

The Program Manager plays a crucial role in this mission by providing end-to-end management of cross-functional programs and projects. This includes everything from initial planning and scoping to execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role involves coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensuring that all programs align with both organizational and partner goals. The Program Manager, with support from the broader program team, is responsible for establishing effective operating frameworks, preparing leadership communications and reports using high-quality data, and leveraging data to guide timely execution of initiatives. This position is 100% remote, allowing candidates to reside anywhere in the United States, with a strong preference for applicants in central and eastern time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Strong program and project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and apply insights to decision-making.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor programs and projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Support national rollout and scale of the ACTS program, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and impact across markets.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation to track progress, risks, and dependencies as needed.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow-up to ensure accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to successful program delivery; escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare systems, community partners, and industry stakeholders, including supporting presentations and ongoing partnership development.
  • Use data and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to external-facing initiatives, representing the program in meetings, conferences, and partner engagements as appropriate.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align priorities, streamline communication, and drive program execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Apply knowledge of the healthcare and cancer care ecosystem to inform program strategy, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.
