About The Position
Amazon is seeking a Program Manager who is passionate, has a strong bias for action, and has experience leading multi-organizational projects. This role involves driving process improvement initiatives and supporting new launches within the Payment Risk space to reduce bad-debt and reputational risk exposures for our Digital Stores business, preventing bad actors and improving the customer experience. The Program Manager will lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new features, services, products, or systems, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
