As Program Manager, Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of large-scale, cross-functional projects that are critical to Form Energy's scale-up initiatives. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, Business Operations within the Program Management Office, your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between various teams including Operations, Finance, People, Site Operations, and Software. This position is not just about managing projects; it is about paving the way for growth opportunities and making impactful contributions within the organization. You will focus on data-driven decision-making, strategic intervention, special projects, surge planning, and operational interventions.
