Avivo's Ending Homelessness division is dedicated to creating pathways to housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. We partner with county coordinated entry systems and tribal governments, and we operate innovative outreach and housing programs—including Avivo Village, a culturally responsive, low-barrier shelter. Our division provides site-based housing, scattered-site programs, and transitional recovery lodging for individuals and families engaged in treatment. We use culturally responsive, trauma-informed, harm reduction, and Housing First approaches in all we do. As Program Manager for Bimosedaa, you will provide direct leadership and oversight of a Housing Support-funded site-based program serving adults with a history of long-term homelessness. You will supervise a team of Housing Case Managers and oversee daily operations, staff development, compliance, and program outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with the Program Director to ensure delivery of high-quality services rooted in harm reduction and Housing First, while also engaging with community partners and funders. This is a full-time position based on a 32-hour work week.
