Are you up for the challenge of developing bespoke experiences at scale? If yes, Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is looking to hire an inventive, organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Program Manager. Our team has a small but mighty team of program managers, responsible for reimagining campus hiring experiences, working backwards from our business customers to enable our delivery of top diverse talent. This Program Manager will partner across AUTA to manage our technical roadmap, create/drive adoption for tech project best-practices, develop/maintain customer-facing resources, and deliver program updates at least twice-monthly.
