The Program Manager is responsible for delivering complex technology initiatives and acting as the bridge between departments. The manager defines and prioritizes program objectives, oversees objectives through the software development lifecycle, and manages risks, issues, and dependencies. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing regular program updates, and for organizing and utilizing approved platforms and systems for tracking and communication across various stakeholders. The Program Manager position directs efforts between projects, leading the overall program with strong attention to business objectives, implementation, and delegation. Starting base pay for this role is between $120,000 and $145,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
