Requirements

2-4 years related experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration)
Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Minimum of three years of industry aftermarket experience.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as ability to organize and prepare information in concise forms to management.

Responsibilities

Manage projects that contribute to the growth of parts revenue and meet business goals.
Lead and coordinate other Company resources and project maintenance requirements that determine both scope and timeline.
Research and development of new marketing programs, reporting, marketing collateral and training.
Identify processes and decisions needed to support and guide assigned programs.
Drive priority across multiple aftermarket business development projects.
