About The Position

An OASAS-licensed Article 32 outpatient clinic in Brooklyn is seeking a Program Manager / Administrator to support daily operations and help drive the next phase of growth. The clinic has strong clinical guidance already in place and is looking for someone who can take direction, translate strategy into action, and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently while the program continues to expand. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by building programs.

Requirements

• Experience working in OASAS Article 32 or OMH Article 31 programs preferred
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Comfortable working closely with clinical leadership and executing program priorities
• Able to manage multiple tasks and keep processes moving efficiently
• Professional, dependable, and proactive

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or behavioral health program experience preferred but not strictly required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflow of the Article 32 clinic
• Implement operational and compliance guidance provided by clinical leadership
• Coordinate staff scheduling, documentation processes, and operational systems
• Support intake processes and ensure clients move through services efficiently
• Help expand the program by supporting referral relationships and client onboarding
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure operational readiness for audits or reviews
• Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure regulatory expectations are consistently met
• Identify operational gaps and help implement improvements
