About The Position

This role drives strategic and tactical initiatives designed to deliver network capacity to meet customer demands. A successful candidate for the role will be skilled in driving cross-functional collaborative projects, managing stakeholder engagements, and leading initiatives to automate forecasting, procurement, delivery, and capacity monitoring in production.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager, with a proven track record of leading organizational change towards DevOps methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of change best practices, particularly in identifying and rectifying missing or broken mechanisms in advanced change management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and implement change initiatives at scale, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in developing reporting mechanisms and scorecards to measure and optimize change safety and speed.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to evolve policies and tools to facilitate fast and secure changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
