Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Lead project meetings to foster collaboration and drive project momentum.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Scrum is required.
- HS Diploma/ GED
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Scope Management and Salesforce Administration is suggested.
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
