About The Position

This role is a remote opportunity only for those on the East Coast or in EDT. Role Summary The Program Management Senior Advisor is a leader responsible for driving complex, enterprise-wide Finance transformation programs while also serving as the operational and strategic partner to Finance Data & AI leadership. This role integrates program leadership, governance, organizational alignment, executive support, and change management to accelerate Finance’s evolution into a data-driven, AI-enabled organization. Impact of the Role By uniting strategic program leadership, governance rigor, change management expertise, and executive partnership, this role ensures the Finance Data & AI organization executes its most critical priorities with clarity, speed, and long-term impact, enabling Finance to operate as a modern, intelligent, and fully data‑driven function.

Requirements

7+ years' experience in program management, transformation, governance, or organizational leadership within Finance, Data, or Technology.
Background in Finance operations, AI/ML enablement, data modernization, or digital transformation.
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
Demonstrated experience as a strategic partner, senior advisor, or operations partner.
Proven success leading complex, enterprise-wide programs with multiple interdependent workstreams.
Strong communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with change management and organizational readiness practices.
Ability to travel 10-15% ( 1x/quarter)
