About The Position

As a Senior Leader of Program Management at SharkNinja, you will lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of product development—from concept to mass production (MP). You’ll be the connective point across engineering, marketing, supply chain, and operations, driving programs that are technically sound, commercially viable, and delivered on time. This role is ideal for a seasoned program leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how profitability works across the business, and knows how to turn strategy into execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical product development and program management
• Proven success managing consumer hardware programs from ideation through MP
• 5+ years managing a motivated and inspired team to hit targets on a regular basis
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle economics and cross-functional tradeoffs
• Excellent communicator and dot-connector across engineering, marketing, and operations
• Experience with tools like MS Project, Excel, Jira, and Visio
• Engineering or technical background highly preferred
• PMP certification not required—execution track records matters more
• Not a software PM role—CPG Industry, hardware and systems integration experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end program execution for complex, multi-disciplinary product development initiatives
• Ensure alignment across mechanical, electrical, app integration, marketing, consumer insights, and operations
• Develop and manage realistic schedules, budgets, and resource plans—no fantasy timelines allowed
• Track and deliver against product KPIs, cost targets, and MP dates
• Connect dots across functions to identify risks early and resolve cross-team blockers
• Champion lifecycle profitability—understand how decisions impact margin, cost, and consumer value
• Act as the general manager of your program, balancing technical rigor with business impact
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to executive stakeholders
