We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Lead to support Oura’s B2B sales by working with our Corporate Sales and Human Performance teams. This role will focus on the unique needs of our diverse commercial customers, including corporate customers, Department of Defense, academic and commercial research organizations, sports teams, and distribution partners. Your strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and cross-functional communication skills will be vital in driving the success of B2B customer programs and operational goals. We have offices in San Francisco,San Diego, and Los Angeles for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations. This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based on the East Coast.
