The Program Management Coordinator will support the Program Management Office by assisting Project and Program Managers in various daily activities. This role focuses on resource planning, scheduling meetings, preparing project metrics reports, and administering project-related tools to ensure effective project management and adherence to quality standards.

  • Assist with reporting financial aspects of the project against assigned budgets.
  • Engage with PMO Leadership, Project/Program Managers, Resource Managers, and Vendors regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards for project processes and tools.
  • Facilitate and capture project lessons learned, implementing continuous improvement action plans.
  • Work with PMO staff to create, track, and update documentation related to PMO templates and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or other related field required, or equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum two years of experience working as project coordinator, or equivalent role required.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation required.
  • Willingness to pursue job-related training and education required.
