About The Position

cFocus Software seeks a Program Management Business Process Reengineering III to join our program supporting the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This position is 100% remote. This position requires a Public Trust clearance.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and security, including multi-cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps development standards and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of commercial and open-source ICAM products and their capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process engineering and process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and program management capabilities.
  • This position requires a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic planning, governance, and mission integration support for ICAM initiatives.
  • Lead performance measurement, monitoring, and reporting of program and project deliverables.
  • Support schedule management, policy development, knowledge management, and compliance activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders across USCIS, DHS, and external partners to ensure alignment of business and technical requirements
  • Analyze, design, and implement business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with technical and functional teams to identify workflow gaps, modernize legacy processes, and introduce optimized automation workflows.
  • Evaluate and recommend best practices for continuous improvement across ICAM business operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on cloud architecture and security to support ICAM modernization efforts
  • Support DevSecOps development standards and contribute to high-performing Agile development teams.
  • Assess commercial and open-source ICAM products to recommend, lead, and implement approved changes.
  • Collaborate with program management, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of enterprise ICAM initiatives.
  • Contribute to planning, estimation, and execution of technical deliverables.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality release of enhancements in accordance with Agile DevOps best practices.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials to support organizational knowledge.
  • Participate in communications and change management efforts to support ICAM program adoption.
