About The Position

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 3 days a week in Washington, DC. The Program Management Analyst will help ensure success of the project through careful analysis and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience supporting contract management with DoD acquisition programs
• Experience developing programmatic schedules such as Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Experience using Microsoft Project and Excel
• Knowledge of IPS Pillars for Federal Acquisition processes
• Knowledge of Navy ships, submarines, or unmanned systems
• Ability to operate independently within a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Active DoD Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ACAT 1 programs
• Knowledge of NAVSEA contracting processes or acting as a COR
• Experience developing multiple IMS products
• Bachelor's degree in a Business field
• PMP Certification

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client efforts
• Work with key stakeholders to develop integrated master schedules, review contracts, and project cost accounting
• Help with tactical planning using resources such as Microsoft Project
• Interact regularly with senior program managers, SMEs, and stakeholders across multiple programs
