PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under the direct supervision of Club Leadership, the Program Leader supports the Clubhouse/Site by providing youth development services and limited operational support. The Program Leader will be responsible for oversight and programming for a group of 14-20 members. Additionally, they shall assume accountability for the results in achieving the outlined goals and objectives of the Club’s programs. This position is part-time (25 hours per week). Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Hours may shift depending on site, staff, or youth needs.
