About The Position

The Program Leader role is vital, as it involves leading Booster programs on school campuses, leading a team with excellence, helping schools achieve their fundraising goals, and positively impacting students. Founded in 2002 by Chris Carneal, Booster aims to strengthen schools and has since expanded its fundraising services to include fun runs, fundraising technology, custom gear, and product sales. The company has grown to over 900 team members, serving more than 7,500 K-12 schools and colleges nationwide, and has helped schools and groups profit over $600 million.

Requirements

  • You're a licensed driver with reliable transportation
  • You can pass Booster's Background and Motor Vehicle check
  • You're able to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • You're able to be active and on your feet while on campus for an extended period of time
  • You have weekday, full-day availability from 7 am - 4 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all day-to-day program operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience.
  • Lead high-energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics.
  • Lead your team on campus to help create remarkable experiences for schools through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration.
  • Creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students.
  • Build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care.
