The Program Leader is responsible for leading Booster programs on school campuses, managing a team, helping schools achieve fundraising goals, and positively impacting students. This is a full-time position ideal for someone early in their career seeking meaningful, hands-on experience.

  • Full-day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all day-to-day program operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience.
  • Lead high-energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics.
  • Lead your team on campus to help create remarkable experiences for schools through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration.
  • Creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students.
  • Build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care.
