The Program Leader I, HR reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Program Leader I, HR is responsible for providing planning, support, and overall coordination of the employee programs for the health system. Schedule: Monday - Friday; standard business hours. Hybrid work schedule; 2-3 days per week onsite. Potential travel to different Northwestern Medicine locations.
