Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited college or university, or a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, and own vehicle transportation
  • Proficient in technology, especially Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules and provide training for Employment Specialists and Housing Case Managers.
  • Support Employment Specialists and Housing Case Managers by contributing to personalized plans, developing individualized services, and creating opportunities that lead to positive outcomes and help individuals achieve their goals.
  • Works with Employment Specialists and Housing Case Managers to complete required reports, including quarterly ones.
  • Complete required contractual reports and attend meetings as specified by contracts.
  • Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
  • Assist with Assessments, Intakes, and Plans while maintaining knowledge of individuals' needs and tracking progress toward goals.
  • May be assigned special projects, participate in project teams, and assist with quality assurance and technical training
  • May manage staff schedules, lead meetings, represent Compass at professional meetings and community events, and engage with community members.
  • Travel throughout the area and provide transportation to clients as needed.
  • Complete required trainings and attend recommended in-service trainings.
  • Set and achieve performance and development goals through the Performance Review and Plan (PRP) process.
