As the Program Lead, you will take ownership of our most significant client relationships, overseeing the Direct Sourcing curation team and leading onsite PMO operations. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring TalentNet's platform delivers maximum value and operational excellence for our clients.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing complex contingent workforce programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply data-driven insights to optimize program outcomes.
• Expertise in workforce management technologies (ATS, VMS, CRM) and the ability to apply that knowledge to client programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and client satisfaction.
• 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale, complex programs.
• Deep understanding of labor compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ISO, SOC).

Responsibilities

• Lead program fulfillment through Direct Sourcing, overseeing day-to-day operations of the onsite PMO and curation teams.
• Drive utilization and adoption of TalentNet's platform across client organizations, promoting best practices and program optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll escalations and support payroll operations.
• Maintain program metrics, deliver regular reporting, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support program success and business growth.
