In this position... The Process & Tools Specialist ensures LEPMO-wide standardization of processes, templates, and governance artifacts, and oversees the knowledge hub and training. This role enables consistent quality across intake, discovery, and implementation by maintaining the tools, templates, and guidance that support Lean-Agile portfolio management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
  • 7–12 years of PMO/process improvement experience in large organizations; Lean-Agile experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI; ability to design simple, scalable templates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to train diverse teams

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or certification in PMO/Agile methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve LEPMO standard processes, stage-gate checklists, templates (Lean Business Case, One-Pager, PRD), and governance artifacts.
  • Own the enterprise "Self-Service" portal (SharePoint), providing the organization with a central repository for methodology guides, templates, and best practices.
  • Align tooling across the portfolio (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI) to deliver a single source of truth and consistent data capture.
  • Deliver training and coaching to LEPMO and project teams on process standards, templates, and governance cadences.
  • Collaborate with LACE, Transformation Office, Product Operations, and IT to standardize tooling and enable agile practices.
  • Support continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and documentation updates.
  • Produce and maintain process documentation for auditability and knowledge transfer.
  • Other special projects as assigned by management.
