As an Out-of-School Time Program Lead, you’ll guide a team in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where youth can learn, build friendships, and grow in confidence. From leading activities and supporting staff to helping programs run smoothly, you’ll play a key role in bringing the YMCA’s values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility to life each day. POSITION SUMMARY The Program Lead, working as part of the YMCA Center team, will help deliver world-class customer service and relationship building skills to create a welcoming environment at the YMCA. Under the direction of the Site Director, the Program Lead is responsible for supporting the delivery of the OST program which includes behavior management and participant safety. The incumbent will also exhibit the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in all aspects of their work with the YMCA.
