About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project activities of assigned program.
  • Coordinate status reports and participate on teams with project staff and stakeholders.
  • Assign work to team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop policies and procedures as appropriate.
  • Manage the life cycle of over $40M services and utilities contracts.
  • Create RFPs with Managers for procurement and manage contractual agreements.
  • Conduct competitive bidding and monitor vendor performance and compliance.
  • Provide operational oversight by coordinating administrative tasks.
  • Review and process department purchase order requests and invoices.
  • Monitor and reconcile operating budgets for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate departmental events and prepare meeting documentation.
  • Research, write, proof-read, and publish content for the division SharePoint site.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external collaborators.
  • Ensure department management team's professional licenses are met and renewed on time.
  • Assist with departmental audits.
