About The Position

The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies has an immediate need for a Program Integrator at our Missile Solutions Sector headquarters, located in Huntsville, Alabama. This role will support the Missile Solutions Strategic Systems program teams in preparation for Customer, Sector, Segment and Corporate reviews. Responsible for preparing the communications (PowerPoint) of financial performance, on-time delivery, quality, safety and continuous improvement. Partner with our program leaders, as well as our functional leaders to support the achievement of our goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior program scheduling, program management or finance experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior program scheduling, program management or finance experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior program scheduling, program management or finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program battle rhythm & support meetings.
• Track and manage responses to internal and external action items.
• Facilitate and engage in special projects as needed.
• Upkeep Program SharePoints, maintaining data.
• Prepare charts for CHQ, Segment & Sector level meetings (Program Reviews, EAC Reviews, etc.).
• Support and customer meetings such as PMR’s, PDR’s and CDR’s.
• Travel up to 10% to other L3Harris sites.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
