About The Position

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Program Integrator who will assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. The candidate will perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner. The candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and capable of serving as the IT administrative backbone for key platforms. The candidate MUST have a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph within the last 5 years.

Requirements

• Strong SharePoint skills to effectively manage, organize, and collaborate on team digital resources.
• Proficient Microsoft Suite abilities to streamline data analysis and generate accurate reports.
• Strong Confluence skills to effectively organize documentation, facilitate collaboration, and maintain project knowledge.
• Experience setting up Confluence, SharePoint sites, and automated workflows.
• Four (4) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of seven (7) years may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of nine (9) years may be substituted.
• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels.

Nice To Haves

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program.
• Jira knowledge.
