About The Position

Chiron Technology Services, Inc. currently has a Program Integrator career opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The role involves leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. The Program Integrator will perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner. Responsibilities include tracking that programs establish and execute the optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle, assisting program managers in developing program documentation such as Program Management Plans (PMPs), Program Acquisition Strategies (PAS), Operational Capability Statement (OCS), T&E Master Plan (TEMP), Risk Management Plans, and program schedules, and performing data analysis using MS Excel. The position also requires ensuring attainable, impactful, and measurable goals and objectives are established for each program, reviewing and assisting in providing justification statements and figures, performing cross-program analysis, and preparing and supporting delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status reviews such as Program Management Review (PMR), Quarterly Program Review (QPR), and Acquisition Review Board (ARB).

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
  • In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, and an additional 3 years of directly related experience for a total of 7 years may be substituted.
  • In lieu of certification, an additional 2 years of directly related experience for a total of 9 years may be substituted.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist program managers in developing program documentation such as PMPs, PAS, OCS, TEMP, Risk Management Plans, and program schedules.
  • Perform data analysis using MS Excel.
  • Ensure attainable, impactful, and measurable goals and objectives for each program.
  • Review and assist in providing justification statements and figures.
  • Perform cross-program analysis.
  • Prepare and support delivery of presentations for program and initiative status reviews.
