About The Position

The Program Integrator (PI) role at MCSG Technologies involves supporting test and evaluation activities for the US Space Force at Schriever Space Force Base. The PI will provide leadership and management support across various test and evaluation squadrons, overseeing contract administration, personnel management, and financial management. The position requires interfacing with government representatives to ensure compliance with mission needs and delivering successful project outcomes within defined timeframes and budgets.

Requirements

  • 7 years of technical experience in DoD or USAF/USSF Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) test design, analysis, and reporting.
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Math, or Engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Possess working knowledge of USAF and USSF test and evaluation directives.
  • 15 years of technical experience in DoD and USAF OT&E policy, procedures, and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and orchestrate resources, financial management, administer contract actions, and monitor employee performance.
  • Provide improvement recommendations related to specific T&E projects, including transition and integration projects.
  • Use financial management tools to track labor and non-labor costs, ensuring funds are accounted for accurately.
  • Present monthly financial updates to company leadership, identifying Cost of Goods and Services information for Program Management Reviews.
  • Review Performance Work Statements (PWS) for new contract tasks to verify required levels of effort and identify necessary support specialties.
  • Develop and lead the preparation of contract Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Identify manpower requirements for new tasks and ensure pricing documents are accurate.
  • Supervise and direct teams of professionals, setting priorities and monitoring progress to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support the development and coordination of test planning documents and briefings.
