Abacus Technology is seeking a Program Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of leading-edge, advanced technology solutions for the warfighter's needs in the areas of electronic and cyber warfare for the USAF Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC). This full-time position is located at Hanscom AFB, where the SME will play a critical role in ensuring the successful acquisition and management of complex systems and technologies that support the mission of the United States Air Force. In this role, the SME will be responsible for planning, researching, analyzing, and assessing system acquisition processes related to the development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment. The SME will formulate strategic plans and recommend effective strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives. This includes providing support in the development of acquisition reports, such as statutory and regulatory reports (i.e., DAES, MAR, etc.), and supporting program management reviews and senior-level meetings. The SME will also be tasked with establishing and implementing division processes to ensure efficient review, coordination, and approval of all division tasks, briefings, acquisition documentation, and organizational management. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks to junior and mid-level personnel. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and recognized expertise in their technical field, enabling them to oversee and guide the efforts of others in the organization.
